At Tierra Soñada Hotel Boutique, we strive to offer a transparent, comfortable, and reliable experience for every guest. In this section, you'll find essential information about our reservation, cancellation, and stay policies, designed to ensure a seamless stay that's in line with our service.
Booking Policies:
1. Reservation confirmation
To guarantee your stay, the reservation must be confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total.
The remainder is paid at check-in.
2. Check-in y check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 pm
Check-out: before 12:00 pm
3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES.
Cancellations with 48 hours' notice
Hosting Rules
Guest ID registration. Guests are required to register by personally completing the registration form and presenting their ID.
No person has the right to accommodate another person without registering their arrival at reception.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
Guests are prohibited from causing any kind of damage to the establishment.
The accommodation service must be paid at check-in, before entering the room.
Forgotten valuables will be held in custody by hotel management for 30 days.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
The hotel is not responsible for total or partial damage to vehicles.
Changes to any reservation are subject to room availability.
Host behavior:
Guests are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not disrupt the enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your reservation and the reservations of your party members if we consider your conduct to be a violation of this clause.
The behaviors we consider inappropriate are:
Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
State of intoxication or unruly behavior
Any behavior that seems offensive to other guests or collaborators
We will always act reasonably when making any determination under the following clause.
Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned accommodation rules will result in a monetary charge and/or immediate termination of the reservation.
Pets:
General conditions
We accept pet dogs and cats with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
One pet is allowed per room, with prior registration at the time of booking or check-in.
Pets must remain under supervision at all times and may not be left alone in rooms or common areas.
For safety, they must always be on a leash, in a carrier, or in a cannel when outside the room. Cleaning and care.
Pets must be free of parasites and have a current vaccination record.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. If pets are allowed to be placed on the beds, an additional charge of $250.00 MXN per night will apply.
Owners are responsible for picking up their pets' waste and disposing of it in the appropriate receptacles.
Any damage caused by the pet to furniture, bedding, facilities, or other guests will be charged to the owner's account.
An additional cleaning fee of $300.00 MXN will apply per stay.
Respect and coexistence
We ask that owners keep their pets quiet and calm during their stay.
The hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet in the event of aggressive, destructive, or disruptive behavior.
